Snapping objects to a grid
Snapping modes make content alignment much easier.
To start, select the Grab tool from your toolset. On your off-hand, select a grid and/or angle to snap to. You can also toggle between imperial and metric options for the grid.
Our personal favorite settings are 1/2 foot grid and 22º angle snapping, which allows you to place your assets in an upright position and mass floors/walls much easier.
